Danilo Hendricks is a Cape Town–based small-scale property developer, public-sector manager and knowledge and information management professional. He brings more than 15 years of experience in electronic records management, digital systems, training, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and financial administration.
Through Space2Build, Danilo is applying his experience in governance, planning and project management to deliver affordable rental housing within Cape Town's established communities. His vision is to unlock the potential of underused land and existing properties through responsible, sustainable development.
